These guys made quick work of unloading the truck.

Drywall delivery through the upstairs windows. Fortunately our double hung windows are designed so the glass is easily removable.

The house is much warmer now...

Insulation in the upstairs Bedroom!

Finally some nice weather! Here is a view from our roof deck - damn telephone poles! We can "photo shop it out" for the sales brochure...ha.

This is the inside of the new dormer which will be the upstairs bathroom. These skylights are fixed but we can access them easily from the roof deck for cleaning.

Although we don't have any siding on the new dormer, it looks much better than the old one.

Roof window open...these windows qualify for a means of egress incase of fire since they open up as far as they do. They also flip inside out for cleaning. Velux - the best.

Roof window closed...

This is (or will be) the Master Bedroom...you can see the"roof window" that we added. The area below the window will eventually be built in shelves, etc.

Wiring is almost complete...the inspector has been by for a pre-inspection and gave us the thumbs up. A few more days and we will call him back for the "cover" inspection which allows us to put the drywall up.
