The paint color is not bad - but not the one we chose. This is pre-painted Hardie Board siding except they painted it a different color than the one we wanted. Now the contractor will need to send a painter out to turn it the correct color.

Siding is complete except for a few details...now it is time for paint.

The house is starting to take shape...and even look good for the first time in years!

We have installed most of the trim on the windows. The only trim left to do on the front is the upstairs window.

We've decided not to put a front porch on the house because it is very handy to back right up to the front door to unload!

Here is the most recent version of the back of the house. The awning over the back door is temporary - it came from the front of the house originally.

Stage two - the asbestos was removed and the inside was ripped out.
